Results and Thanks

Full results from the Munster Championships can be found on the IOA website. Thanks to Pat O'Connor (Planner) and John Casey (Controller) for all their efforts despite the October downpours. Thanks also to the Cox family, Norman Storey, Pat and Veronica Purcell, Ian McHardy, Andrew Pim and Frank Martindale for all their support with the smooth running of the event.
The results from the SE relays are also posted. Thanks to Laura Cox (planner), Paul Allen, Jana and Angela Cox plus all others who showed a cheery face despite the elements.

Update 27/10/11

Less than a week to go...162 confirmed entries. Full entry list and start times posted under online resources at bottom left of this blog. Course 5 has been divided into two with M55 and W45 switching to Course 6 (of similar length and technical difficulty) due to the large numbers on course 5. All the other courses change as a result of this.

Preliminary SE Sprint Relay details

A Sprint Relay competition will be offered to punters on Monday 31st October at Kennedy Park, Co. Wexford.
Entries can be made on the day or at MOC 2011. Relays begin at 12 with all entries by 11.

Making a start

The first stage in hosting the Munster Champs 2011 is starting a blog to keep punters up to speed. As soon as we have more details, they will be posted here.
The Classic Distance race will take place at Coumshingaun in the Comeraghs, County Waterford on October 30th.

In addition, we will offer a sprint relay race at Kennedy park, County Wexford on Bank Holiday Monday 31st October. More details to come.
